PS Grand Theft Auto 4 had a hilarious parody of Rush that tickles me just thinking about it. They had a lot of great liberal parodies too. I’m sorry folks, I just don’t buy the sh*t this salesmen pushes.

Rush is everything liberals admire and hate at the same time
He is uber intelligent, charismatic, charming, and right.
All that, without a college ed. Shocker.
He has more influence, with more people than they will ever have.

As it happens I have never gotten into the habit of listening to Rush, but I am still fascinated by the power he has to disconcert the liberal mind. Virtually all of my acquaintences are libs, so we generally avoid politics, but whenever they want to refer to the pure evil that is conservatism in their minds, they always mention Limbaugh, in the same way most of us would mention Hitler, but with less fondness.

When this happens, I make a point of asking them what particular thing he said lately upset them, explaining that I am not a listener. They inevitably say they do not listen to him either. When I press and ask them if they have ever listened to him, the answer is always “NO”, uttered with vehement pride.

So I ask them where they get their impressions of Limbaugh, if they have never heard him? They always say from Leno or Letterman or MSNBCNNPRABCBS, etc. At this point I mention that I’d love to chat longer, but I have to run, because I am shopping for a new car and I want to go over the the Chevy dealer and ask them to evaluate the new Ford models for me.

The bewildered looks and furrowed brows are amusing, and not one has ever gotten it right away. Several have called me later and said “Oh, I get it”, and then go on to demonstrate very conclusively that they don’t.

Snerdly is the “Official EIB Barak Critisizer”, or at least since no one that is white can critisize him without being called racist.

Yes the outrageform those that do not liste4n to Rush. It is always intersting to hear them chattle on about inane nonsense. If they actually listen to him they would realize they are wrong on all fronts about him, but then they might actually have to come up with someone to compete with him, but we all know how well Error America went don’t we???

I’ve known who “Snerdly” was for a long time. I believe Rush explains it every now and then. Apparently he doesnt do frequently enough for you, Tom. Maybe he would have if he’d known you were so fascinated by the subject.

I rest my case…. It might also be pointed out that Snerdly often has speaking segments on the show as well…. something only one who listens would know.

Well, if you did read the article, you would have found a quarter of the way down the first page this bit of information:
