		<description>Odd that you mention that, Fit.  I just tortured myself last eve by watching Amanpour's N. Korean special report on CNN last night...   Think I would have preferred a nice Disney/Pixar flick instead....  :0)

It was a combo of them walking her thru their "90%" decomissioned nuke plant, nicely peppered with the sweetness of the NY Philharmonic concert performed for the State's upper class.

They said they slowed down decommissioning because the US reneged on delivery of oil.  US said they have had delays in the deliveries, but also haven't gotten full disclosure out of the NK's as to disposal.  Which was all I kept thinking:   "so what did they do with alot of this stuff....????"   Uh, Syria comes to mind.

But NK fooled Albright/Clinton in bilateral negos.  Now they're fooling this admin, but at least it's 6-way negos.  We are not the lone gullible guppies, and the eye remains more focused than before.

We'll have to see what the next admin has on their NK platter...</description>
