		<description>Odd that you mention that, Fit.  I just tortured myself last eve by watching Amanpour&#039;s N. Korean special report on CNN last night...   Think I would have preferred a nice Disney/Pixar flick instead....  :0)

It was a combo of them walking her thru their &quot;90%&quot; decomissioned nuke plant, nicely peppered with the sweetness of the NY Philharmonic concert performed for the State&#039;s upper class.

They said they slowed down decommissioning because the US reneged on delivery of oil.  US said they have had delays in the deliveries, but also haven&#039;t gotten full disclosure out of the NK&#039;s as to disposal.  Which was all I kept thinking:   &quot;so what did they do with alot of this stuff....????&quot;   Uh, Syria comes to mind.

But NK fooled Albright/Clinton in bilateral negos.  Now they&#039;re fooling this admin, but at least it&#039;s 6-way negos.  We are not the lone gullible guppies, and the eye remains more focused than before.

We&#039;ll have to see what the next admin has on their NK platter...</description>
