"How flattering… you’re in to “ol’ broads”??? :0)"

You're right. You probably would not be into younger guys who only think of deviant physical pleasures of the flesh. Actually, I find older women devilishly sexy...

I have no problem with this; provided Homeland Security is given a Carte Blanche Warrant for surveillance of any and all persons (including legal counsel, interpreters, and civilian Justices) who have contact with the prisoners during or anytime after discovery. Our intel on these guys must be getting old. We might get something more up to date if we let them play their games a bit.

Correct dude. I appeared status "pro <strike>se</strike> per", for the "per se" helmet law issue. Sorry to not be clear. (must stop multi-tasking today... geeez...)

uh, lemme just speak English. LOL I represented myself in the proper person on the issue of the helmet law not affecting my ability to ride effectively, despite the law

It would be nice to see the Congress step in and take responsibility for what is theirs in our government (okay people, stop laughing!) and reject the Supremes' decision by re-affirming the acts passed AND by denoting that Congress makes the law - not the Supremes or any other court. Give a hearty thank you to the Supremes for pointing out what may be a flaw and then proceed to add a sentence or two in the acts to fix that flaw.

Where this is actually going...

The libs on the court obviously will soon rule that terrorits are merely conducting political dissent in their actions, so we in the USA have no right to stop them in their dissent.

Therefore, if any person should even think about trying to stop terrorism, or interfering with attacks on the US, they would be violating the terrorist's rights, and the people involved should be jailed.

I can't believe that the lawyers for these terrorists were somehow able to force themselves past that image of mohammed on the supreme court building to argue this...that was probably a violation of those lawyer's rights too!
