The reason I said that is because the District Judge who will be presiding over the matter is the only Democrat elected to serve as a District Court Judge in Chester County (which is still proudly red, thank you very much). I have observed her court over the past year, and can tell you that some of her decisions regarding criminal matters are a slap in the face to crime victims, cops, and law-abiding citizens alike. It's no coincidence that more than a few defendants who have gotten breaks from this liberal idiot judge have re-offended and are right back in the system. If you wanted to put that "sympathetic judge" comment in context, go to my blog and under the labels, click "15-1-04" to get an idea as to how much I hate that judge and the way she runs her court.
