Carter was the worst president and is the worst ex-president I have seen in my lifetime. Even LBJ wasn't as bad as he. Hell, even Nixon was better than Carter. PeeWee Herman would have been better than Mr. Peanut. Oh, crap, my DOG would make a better president that Jimmy "I Love Despots" Carter. Every one of those cartoons was spot on.
