Fit fit: Surely you can’t compare this to the NYT article on McCain and lets not even bring up Dan Rather. These are legit questions that were asked of Obama. Some may find them “trivial” but I feel they go to character of a man we really no little else about.

Not so trivial. However the reason it isn’t trivial isn’t his patriotism, as is frequently stated. His statement was that he objected to wearing the lapel pin as a substitute for patriotism so as a statement of his objection, he removed it. Now, we could disagree with his point about patriotism, but that’s what he said. He objected, and he responded by doing something. He also sat in a church listening to the “hate Whitey” sermons of Rev.Wright, and he socialized (even if not “regularly”) and sat on boards with Ayers … and did what? nothing. Exactly nothing. Why not? either he wimped out, or he didn’t object. Neither response is particularly desireable in a president.

I for one had no problem with the debate questions. The only one I see as trivial is about the lapel flag. I agree there is an overreaction to the debate. However, I disagree that this is something unique to Obama or his supporters. I see it all the time on both sides.

the Obamatons were all whining like spoiled brats today

It is my opinion that you are unaware of the difference.

I understand your evident and transparent desire to hide from the facts of the post here. But it doesn’t change the facts.

Hard for you to face up to it, but Obama is toast!

You will likely have a frustrating life if you simplify your worldview into assuming those who see things differently are stupid and you alone can see the truth.

You’re attempt to get me off point here and play another of those lame equivalence cards won’t work. The issue here isn’t so much how dumb the whiny Obamatons are, but how Obama attempts to claim that any inspection of his character is a “distraction.”

Calling people stupid does not further a intelligent discussion. I have no problem with anyone slinging insults, I just think you should try to elevate it to more of a level that W.F. Buckley Jr. would approve of.

Tom Redhunter nailed it. The Obamatons think that just because they are so blind to the nature of this man that the rest of us should accept the lies as well.

But not all of us are as stupid as the Obamatons.
