My friend, Sharon Hyland-Keyser, founder of A Hero’s Welcome hosted a launch party for her organization at Guppy’s Good Times in Conshohocken, PA.

My merry band of American Sheepdogs are always ready to support Sharon’s remarkable organization.

What is A Hero’s Welcome? I’ll let Sharon tell you all about it in the video below:

Now that’s one special lady — God bless you for what you are doing. Godspeed to your husband and his safe return to your loving arms. What a gal.

That’s good stuff - really good stuff. Well done.

On a related note, keep an eye out for families/friends of individual units in the malls. I ran into some wives of my old Guard unit, which is currently deployed, and they were collecting money for family morale activities, mailing costs and the like…apparently, that end of things is somewhat underbudgeted on the Army side.
