A lifelong Republican voting in Texas sends his abentee ballot showing the vote cast for Hillary Clinton in the March 4, 2008 Democrat Primary. (full size ballot here)

What motivates a lifelong Republican to vote for Hillary Clinton? Could it be that he looked beyond the empty rhetoric of hope that Obama spouts and heard these words:

Cancellation of the Missile Defense program just as it proves how effective it is? Does Obama think that China, Iran and North Korea will stop their missile and space development programs just because we do? Can you hear the laughter in Tehran, Beijing and Pyongyang?

After years of claiming they “support the troops” and want them to have every tool to keep them safe the truth comes out. Obama would cut billions from the military and make the world’s only superpower a second rate power in no time. The lives of our troops and all Americans would be put at greater risk.

Voter’s concern with Obama isn’t based on phony fearmongering. These are Obama’s own words. And they are enough to scare any sane American into waking up to the danger represented by this fool with the great speeches.

I call him what he is: a dangerous Marxist cult leader. I see him being described as “dangerous” more and more. At what point will we say “enough”? Is being admittedly friendly with two of the worst domestic terrorists in US history not enough? Is threatening the military in multiple, seriously damaging way not enough? Is creating incidents with trading partners by cavalierly threatening treaties that took years to negotiate not enough? Is having radically pro-Islamic foreign policy advisers not enough? Is proposing to transfer a trillion dollars to UN not enough? Is threatening to implement the biggest tax hike in US history not enough? When will it be enough? When will people catch on that this monster is out to destroy the United States of America?

Igor: At the moment I write this it is 246 days, 23 hours, 53 minutes and 46 seconds until Tuesday, November 4, 2008 (Washington DC time).

The days, weeks and hours ahead will be full of opportunity to show that there is good change and bad change. B. Hussein Obama represents BAD CHANGE.

Lay off Obama!! Its about time we became equal with others, see people face to face. War happens only when we think we’re superior. President Obama will make sure that we’ll be seen as equals, as friends…no longer as enemies. He’s gonna win, and you and the rest of the Bushies are finally gonna get whats coming to ya!

Mike, yes, when Barry “Even My Wife Isn’t Allowed to Say My Middle Name” Obama wants to abandon “failed policies of the past” like logic and reason. He wants to replace them with mindless slogans like “yes we can”. This dangerous demagogue can’t explain why any of his proposals have a chance to do something positive. He wants to create “green collar” jobs. Can you imagine the US government actually hiring or giving grants for hiring hundreds of thousands of “green” workers, which is the kinds of numbers he is talking about. Can you imagine the waste, fraud, and abuse? You couldn’t put all of them to good use if they were carving solar panels out of solid silicon by hand!

Can you imagine the UN eliminating world poverty with the trillion dollars that he wants to give it? Actually nobody can imagine the corruption that would bring?

The scumbag Obama campaigned for his cousin Odinga in Kenya who had openly supported introducing Sharia law to all parts of Kenya in a MANDATORY fashion. In fact, with the Kofi Anan brokered truce that will be exactly what happens even thought the cuz lost. PEOPLE WILL BE FORCED TO ADOPT SHARIA because the scumbag’s cousin who couldn’t win an election caused a thousand people to be killed in protest and had the UN install Sharia! You couple this with the scumbag’s friendliness with two of the worst domestic terrorists, and if this doesn’t scare you I don’t know what will. Fearmongering? That’s the code word for “shut the f**k up and don’t talk about things the left doesn’t want you to talk about and doesn’t want to respond to.”

Does that sound incongruous with the earlier sentiment “equals, as friends…no longer as enemies?”

Oh… that’s right… Johnny No War wants to make nice with the evil people around the world. At the same time sounds like he wants to start a war with his fellow countrymen.

Yep.. confirmation that B. Hussein Obama and his supporters are dangerous. Dangerous and STUPID!

Igor: When was the last time the UN tried to use money to alleviate poverty and hunger? Oh yeah… it was the Oil for Food program that ended up funding Saddam HUSSEIN’s WMD and palace building program.

We’re going to stop B. Hussein Obama and we’re going to stomp the idiotic twerps like Johnny No War into the rhetorical dust.

Johnny No War, go to hell and stay there! War also happens when THE OTHER guy thinks he is superior. Only your stupid anti-American head can’t imagine that possibility. Go and pray to your Lord Obama the Savior of All Mankind, the Patron Saint of Mindless Idiots. You can only understand slogans, so “No We Can’t” elect a radical terrorist-loving community organizer to be the President of the United States. You can be having Obasms all day and all night and that still won’t make him anything more than worthless piece of dung.

Here’s a quote from a famous pacifist, even two quotes:

“A fundamental change is necessary.”
“There must be a fundamental change.”

Both from a single speech by Joseph Goebbel, 1933.

Give it some thought if you have any brain cells left from Obama worship.

“we’ll be seen as equals, as friends” The only way America will be seen as friends, to the leftists, is when every bit of the opportunity which is available in our great land is eradicated by the enemies of America. If it is the Muslim terrorists who come out ahead, the only Americans who, will be seen as friends are those who convert. Their religion allows non believers to be held as slaves only.

I couldn’t find a better example than the one above. JNW wants to make friends with our enemies and enemies with fellow countrymen. Not exactly a smart thing to say and certainly one which should be highlighted.

And we are supposed to “lay off Obama?” We do want to lay him off, but that’s not what bean brain meant. Can you imagine that shrieks of laughter if I suggested people lay off McCain? And the laughter would be coming from OUR side.

I’ve got a lot of friends and acquaintances who wholeheartedly support Obama. What’s odd to me, is that these seemingly intelligent, thoughtful people can give me no solid reason why they want to see him in office.

I get weird sentimental statements: “He gives me hope.” “He makes me feel good.”

I get strange back and forths: “I like his message.” — “What message is that? What exactly do you like that he’s planning?” — “You’re just trying to confuse the issue.”

And I get the bizarre disguised vote for his color: “I like the fact that we’ve come so far with equality and diversity.”… “So you’re voting for him because he’s black?”… “No, he makes me feel good….”

This is what the sane are up against this election cycle.

————————

Oh, and I love the “you bushies are gonna get what’s coming to you” sentiment. Kind of reveals you for the type of thoughtful, intelligent fellow citizen that we love. We stand for the right to live our lives as responsible adults… and you stand for… um… screwing us over because we don’t vote for your guys? Oddly enough, we want YOU to have the right to GROW UP and start behaving like an adult, too.

Eddie, many of the people who like Obama are like your friends, but that’ just basic human nature. Most people when they don’t have enough information and are not really motivated to seek it make up their mind first and look for rational explanations later. Nobody could ever explain why Hitler came to power. There were no logical reasons, at least not enough to explain how he unified different factions.

Obama’s voice, the way he sounds confident and optimistic about things he knows nothing about or that contradict logic and reason, makes people question their own sanity. “Is he crazy or am I?” His slightly contemptuous but confident gaze makes him see strong, a rebel who knows exactly how to change things. Now that he is so popular, people find confirmation in the sizes of the crowds and their enthusiasm. And once they decide he is OK, they discount most contrary evidence because thinking about it makes them uncomfortable. Other than denial, rationalization is the strongest force in human affairs. People will avoid inner conflict if they can get by while doing it.

The saving grace is that mass manias based on little information can reverse with dramatic speed as more information is available. That’s why tech stocks crash or go up with such devastating power, especially in the middle of a positive or negative mania. To defeat Obama, the inner conflict has to become too strong to ignore. If Obama is turned into a joke, and more and more damaging information about his is available most of the cultists who are not hard-core leftists will turn on a dime. Have hope and keep spreading the information about the Monster.

Johnny No War suffers from a mental health issue. Arguing with him rewards him. His succeeding comments demonstrate his desire to fan the flames of criticism, rewarding him in the process. Perhaps Johnny thinks that by defending Obama, Johnny is somehow making a difference in this election primary. The added comment that suggests conservatives should suffer for our political views if Obama were to be elected confirms Johnny has another agenda at play here. Johnny should try to run for elective office and voice those views to the electorate. He would never be elected unless he lives in Berkeley, CA or Vermont. Johnny, you need heavy-duty therapeutic counselling and medication. You are probably a threat to yourself or others regardless if Obama wins or loses.

The Hate Radio smear has changed from one hundred percent smear Hillary to almost less then ten percent smear Hillary. Listening to the Fox Radio out let in Chicago WIND, and the ABC WLS Hate Radio Rush Limbaugh channel has been a listening pattern for me about twenty years. I have never called in and likely will not. There is so much to be learned when it comes to bias and smear, if anyone wishes to be an announcer in broadcasting for the future these stations and those programmed on it are characters to study what “Not” to do in the future.

Obama has finally grown to a Democratic Monster the Neo-Con Republicans find them selves in more than a panic mode. Ever since the first Primary when the Republicans primed the Caucuses for a Democratic win in Iowa, thinking it was a clever move to do so, but now they find them selves with Obama a candidate that is not only driven with momentum to beat Hillary but, Obama is developing an over whelming potential to deflect the negative campaigning the Republicans are accustomed to doing. Obama has the ability to manipulate the very Mainstream Media that made him, while making a fool out of McCain at every turn. It is worse than panic mode, the anxiety level has reached to Mainstream Media first line Journalist with political analysis that appears to be so scrambled and chaotic a buzz is loading the air waves with a all kinds of smear issues spread out like the invasion of Normandy.

Bill Cunningham which only has been a guest on talk radio in the Chicago land area is now going to be on every Sunday night. Interesting I listened to his talk show and most of Neo-Nitwits that call in to make McCain seem the winner for everyone, because he was held a prisoner for five years, but you know his daddy was the European Commander of all forces might be a good reason the North Vietnam screwed with McCain to end the Vietnam conflict not really talked about.

The Generals of Broadcasting smear likely have a new project for the major of character assassination, Sean Hannity. Hannity has turned the page in smear monger on to Obama with some interesting things if they are true. The whole “Sphere of Smear” seems to have changed; even Bill Clinton is ignored as a target of the past. Obama seems to have a bother, cousin or sister with ties to all kinds of radicals that out match anything Jane Fonda did. Or, Michelle’s has a college final thesis that is considered nothing more than white bigotry. Something I would like to see. Because if anyone who read Obama’s book the “Audacity of Hope” in the last part of the first chapter Obama, with describing his own imagination tells of his personal feelings, bigotry, that he Obama, imagines White southern men talk to their son’s saying Niger this and Niger that.

Here, for me that is a problem and a very deep double standard for a Presidential candidate to openly express an opinion of imagination and publish it nationally besides having it received as a best seller is extraordinary. Heck, I feel guilty saying the word Niger in public or even casual conversations. Here is guy, Obama comes right out and publishes it with a title of Audacity when it should be “The Arrogance of Hope”. Just about everyone has let Obama’s character of arrogance get confused with audacity.

Some of these folks really need to lay off the Obama Juice.

Zorro thinks that “Republicans primed the Caucuses for a Democratic win in Iowa???”

So, what he is saying is that Republicans, presumably using our powers of mind control on talk radio, were able to con the voters of Iowa to vote for Obama.

That’s crap!

These same talk radio types went all out in the runup to the Florida election to get GOP voters who actually DO LISTEN to talk radio to pull the lever for Mitt and they didn’t.

Zorro: it’s a shame that you clearly feel that Obama should be able to say nothing and be elected President of the United States without any challenge.

But of course that’s what communist dictatorships do all the time and so naturally, you would feel right at home with that system here.

You probably have a Cuban Flag with the image of Che G. in your home just as they did at the Houston Obama HQ.

When it comes to the Democrats (and most politicians as well), we are not talking Apples and Oranges. More like red apples and green apples. One of the is a little more sour, but they are essentially the same.

NOTHING is going to progress under ANY of the candidates that we are being forced to choose between. They are ll just gaming the game. Until something very drastic happens to our political and / or economic infrastructure… something that is just devastating… then it will just be the same song with a different verse. McCain? The guy is a freakin’ nutjob. Hillary? I would predict that she has the capability to do more damage to thins country than FDR or Bush ever thought about. Obama? Well, he certainly represents change. Good change? Who knows? I guess we’ll find out when he wins. Either way, he will either help the country or run it into the ground… facilitating the exact sort of destruction I mentioned earlier… thus inviting true positive change.

Thing is, I live in Texas. It’ll be red in November. It always is… but I will not be voting for any of those three.
