As far as rallying around McCain, I doubt it makes any difference. He will not be elected in November. Just look at the numbers of Hillary and Obama primary voters vs. the Republicans.

Completely disagree. Big difference in primaries and in generals. We can and we will defeat Hillbama.

Of course the problem with immigration reform is that a lot of people don't want a reasonable solution, not that there is a shortage of ways to do it.

At this point, anyone concerned with this topic should work to make sure that the right Senators are elected in November and that there is constant pressure on Congress not to support Amnesty. I don't think it's possible to have any expectations of decent immigration reform, the only achievable goal is to stop ANY kind of immigration reform in the next four years.

I would just try prevent Obama from winning. Obama will effectively end the war on terror with lasting and profound consequences.

Off Topic:

Romney is out!

And the attacks against McCain have already started.

We have a pretty big choice to make, Rally around McCain and defend him? Or let the Liberals go at it and win?

I think I would rather have 20% Conservative, than 0%.

What do you think?
