		<description>I would have to agree with Venezuela on this one.  This is between Venezuela and Exxon Mobil.  I don't see how a U.S. could claim jurisdiction.  This could start a new kind of warfare or lawsuit enterprise where countries start freezing assests on a whim.  

Imagine a person sues an international company and loses in one country and starts going country to country till the person wins.  This could start happening.  That's what I feel Exxon Mobil just did, but as an international company sueing a country.</description>
