When Liberals Are Afraid To Criticize

Ever heard a POS talk?  Well then grab a seat and listen to what Lawrence O’Donnell had to say on the Hugh Hewitt show yesterday: (h/t Hot Air)

HH: Would you say the same things about Mohammed as you just said about Joseph Smith?

LO’D: Oh, well, I’m afraid of what the…that’s where I’m really
afraid. I would like to criticize Islam much more than I do publicly,
but I’m afraid for my life if I do.

HH: Well, that’s candid.

LO’D: Mormons are the nicest people in the world. They’re not going to ever…

HH: So you can be bigoted towards Mormons, because they’ll just send you a strudel.

LO’D: They’ll never take a shot at me. Those other people, I’m not going to say a word about them.

HH: They’ll send you a strudel. The Mormons will bake you a cake and be nice to you.

LO’D: I agree.

HH: Lawrence O’Donnell, I appreciate your candor.

Jack at Ace of Spades HQ spells it out a bit more clearly how disgusting this POS is, and the ideology he defends:

You know, liberals really are the prototypical schoolyard bully.
They are perfectly willing to badger and berate all those they perceive
as easy victims. In fact, just think of their demands for your
milkmoney as a form of taxation.

But the minute they face the threat (real or imagined) that they are
going to get their clock cleaned, all their First Amendment Courage
disappears in a yellow ink stained puddle down their leg.

I have to tell ya, when it comes to liberals I’m never really surprised at the depth of idiocy on display, but this admission surprised me.  Usually a liberal will have his chest puffed out and will scream until their red in the face (like Lawrence did about Mormons) about this Constitutional right and that Constitutional right (and they always get it wrong) but when it comes to this fight we are in against an enemy that has already struck our shores and killed thousands of our countrymen they hide like cowards.  Why?  Well because they could actually get hurt.  And not the “Don’t taze me bro!” type of hurt.

These supposed champions of women rights will wilt under the threat of fanatical Islam and become apologists for a society that forces women to wear a veil.  These supposed champions of freedom will attack Mormons because they are all nice and cuddly but when it comes to attacking a ideology that teaches the destruction of innocents, they hide.

Just disgusting.
