Good news. The prosecutor in the case against the four animals who carjacked, kidnapped, tortured and raped Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom will seek the death penalty against at least one of the suspects:

A prosecutor will seek the death penalty for at least one of four defendants accused in a fatal carjacking of a Knoxville couple.Knox County District Attorney General Randy Nichols filed notice yesterday of the state’s intent to seek the death penalty for Letalvis Cobbins if he is convicted.
Cobbins’ attorney, Kimberly Parton, could not be reached for comment.
He is one of four defendants charged with murder in the January slaying of 21-year-old University of Tennessee student Channon Christian and her 23-year-old boyfriend, Christopher Newsom.
Prosecutors say the victims were robbed and taken at gunpoint to a house where they were beaten, tortured, raped and killed.
Nichols has not yet said whether he will seek the death penalty for the other defendants accused.
We can only hope that they will seek the same sentence against the other three scumbags.
