Man, I was all geared up for it too-well, not quite, but I was mentally. Ever since my daughter started kindergarten last month we’ve had colds and coughs running their course in the house. I’m alllllmost over my latest cough, but I was gonna sound like Barry White. It woulda been cool. Oh well, I know more about why and when the reschedule sometime soon. That’ll give me some time to get some thoughts in order beforehand. There’s been so much in the news lately it’s kinda hard to focus.

Been shut off from the news this week, as I’m completing an intensive week long course in infectious disease.

Coughs, eh? Any chills, nightsweats, unexplained weightloss, or hemoptysis?

Have you gotten your flu shot?

Anywhoo….BlogTalkRadio is great medium to express your opinions. Why don’t the lot of you form a weekly Flopping Aces radio show?

Hmmmm, FA radio show. May be interesting but with my screwy schedule definitely hard to set-up regularly.

Doing it on a set schedule would be a pain. I wonder if you can set it up to do it on special occassions.

Also, Skye was on the Infidel Bloggers Alliance radio show with a couple of other guests. I called in but it was awkward trying to join in with so many other people. One host, one guest and one caller at a time seems to be the best format.

Curt, you could do a 20 minute segment with each of the Deputy Aces and take calls. That might be fun.

Normally New Media Journal records theirs and then airs it on a regular schedule. That might be an option.

Kind of a cool idea

btw, no night sweats or anything like that. Just a cough from the local school district petri dish; ie kindergarten. Almost gone now.

What I’ve gathered from my cursory research of BlogTalkRadio, the call in module can only handle a maximum of 5 people at once. As you approach five callers, the system becomes more unstable.

I’m just seeding the idea gentlemen. Ruminate on it, then find some time to call in to my first show:
