Actually, I agree with your message here. And I apologize for my snarky comment; while it wasn’t at the level of venom that I often see in comments here, in hindsight I can see that it was inappropriate because it was totally gratuitous and off-topic (and directed at one specific person). I don’t think I would characterize it as ‘character assassination’, though… but anyway enough, it has been deleted so most people reading this aren’t even going to know what we’re discussing. I’ll think a little more before hitting submit the next time.

That’s pretty funny, Black Bart. You don’t like the message so rather than attack the message with facts, you attack the messenger because you disagree with my message. I guess I really don’t care whether you like my message or not; we on the Right have to endure idiotic character assassinations from the Left often. You chide the President for supposedly suspending civil liberties, yet if the messenger doesn’t fall lockstep with your deranged way of thinking, you attempt to bully that person. You believe in the First Amendment when it conforms to your perverse logic and rationale. Personally, I think my writing is perfectly fine: subject/verb agreement is fine; no sentence fragments or misspelled words…

The fence is just one component of an overall program for border security which is the absolute minimum we should do to protect ourselves from law breaking illegal immigrant entry.

The fence has also shown that it works in stopping the inflow of illegals, and related smuggling like drugs.

It’s also the law of the land to build that fence.

But apparently, that won’t stop Democrats from trying to scuttle the effort.

A warning I don’t usually give but seeing as how you have been commenting for awhile now and seem somewhat well behaved I am giving you the benefit of the doubt. You don’t like how someone writes, then go somewhere else, don’t attack them. Political attacks are just fine, within reason, since this is mostly a political blog, but personal attacks will get you banned.
