So, He expands the group to include Scott Thomas, who was not someone who flunked out of boot camp, and actually went over there. It includes Rep. Jack Murtha, who served his country during the first Vietnam War, and wasn’t a “bootcamp dropout.”

Explain that one away…

It’s quite obvious that he included everybody who doesn’t step in behind the war, and it’s quite amusing to see conservatives try to back this guy, and revise history for him.

Are you even aware that Rush was referring to a “phony soldier” who flunked out of bootcamp, was not a corporal, was never in Iraq and was not a Ranger?

Or do you just lap up every lie you are told?

If the same liars who put this smear job up tell us “Bush lied” we can only assume Bush tells the truth.

The bottom line is that the left is smarting over the fact that they had their collective butts handed to them by the Republicans in the Movon.org affair. Moveon.org went way too far in their ad and sane liberals know it. They were very much embarrassed and upset that they’d lost a huge PR battle.

So they instructed Media Matters to find something, anything, that they could use against the right. If it hadn’t been this stuff about Rush it would have been someone else. They’re reaching and they know it. What a joke.

I can’t believe I didn’t realize that before he opened my eyes.

“A man with a degree from Yale, an MBA from Harvard and who can fly a F-102 jet fighter is called an idiot by millions of Americans. Imagine how educated and talented they must be.”, or not.

The MoveOn “outrage” controversy was just as phony as this one is.

But apparently, those dubbed with “absolute moral authority” as Maureen Dowd of the NY Times dubbed Mother Sheehan and the anti-war left feel that any lie that serves their cause is justified.

“Absolute moral authority” corrupts absolutely.

It’s clear by now that there is NO LIE too big for the left. They learned at the feet of their master who once told them “depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is.”
