Okay, I admit it. Part of it is that he just looks cuddly. Possibly cuddly enough to turn me straight. I think he kind of looks like Kermit the Frog. Sort of. With smaller eyes. But that’s not all…
I want to be very clear. There are certainly many things about Ahmadinejad that I abhor — locking up dissidents, executing of gay folks, denying the fact of the Holocaust, potentially adding another dangerous nuclear power to the world and, in general, stifling democracy. Even still, I can’t help but be turned on by his frank rhetoric calling out the horrors of the Bush Administration and, for that matter, generations of US foreign policy preceding.

The insanity of this women’s comments on DKos are no longer surprising, just disgusting. She does not care that Ahmadinejad would have her imprisioned, beaten, and executed. She does not care that he wishes to instil his dictatorship upon her. She does not care that she, and the rest of the left, have no place in this “cuddly” barbaian’s world.
Just so long as “Iminamoodtojihad” hates Bush, then everything is ok. Does it EVER cross the minds of these fools that maybe, just maybe, we sould hang together and stand as one nation? Oh, wait, if a leftist is elected in 2008, they will DEMAND we stand behind the government and if we do not, they will silence us.
So the lesson is, the left will tolerate and even support evil in the world so long as they are not in power. When they are in power, they will…. Wait, they did nothing then either.

Actually, a poo-flinging monkey makes more sense than Iminamoodtojihad did today at Columbia with his tap-dancing, counter “questions”, arrogance, and “admission by omission”.
He is a coward and a thug. He SHOULD have been arrested the moment his plane hit US soil for the attack on our embassy in 1979 along with his country’s open support of terrorists in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and the (current) Philistine areas the world mistakenly calls Palestine.
However, I am surprised at Columbia’s President’s statement condemning Ahmadinejad. The statement indicates the left DOES know how dangerous islamofascism, Iran, and Islamic terrorism is. However, sadly, they hate President Bush more than, well, anything else whatever the consequences. This hatred blinds them and is a danger to us all in the West.
The left’s “base” however is insane and I doubt they will ever see anything as “evil”, unless one refers to capitalism, a free society where conservatives get to speak also, and America. To the left’s base, that is the only “evil” in the world.
