Based on National Crime Statistics data it is evident that black males are committing fully 50% of the violent crime in this country. This is amazing since black males make up about 7% of the population. Jesse and Al need to be presented with this question. Why are black males so violent? Of course, the question will never be asked. The media continue to give the black male a free pass for violence. Until the black community faces up to their problem with violence, out of wedlock births, dependancy on welfare, drug addiction, crime, and a host of other problems they will not take the steps to improve themselves. The Jena six is just the latest in a thirty year campaign of blaming racism for their problems. With the leadership of Jackson and Sharpton, yet another generation of black youths will blame racism for their problems. They foment hatred of whites and American society in which they live. My son has many black friends he played basketball with in high school. They are all still real close. Here is what one of his black friends text him after the Vick scandal(before OJ's latest): To paraphrase: 'What does this latest sport's scandal teach our community? It's ok to kill a white woman and a white man..you will get off...but don't you dare kill a dog or your ass will spend ten in the pen' It was sent in jest..but it just goes to show you that it is not all about race!
