The West did NOT start the war with Islam. Islam, in seeking conquest, started this war. The current conflict is only the most recent battle in this defensive war by the West.

Ron Paul and his supporters who think redeploying troops home will somehow majically let us defend the United States better forget one, tiny, little piece of federal law: ACTIVE DUTY SOLDIERS MAY NOT ENFORCE LAWS (Section 1385, Title 18, USC). I cannot, as a Soldier, arrest, detain, investigate, or engage in offensive combat anyone within the USA unless Congress declares what ammounts to martial law, or fully repeals the long standing Posse Comitatus Act.

So instead of fighting these barbarians, who openly desire to come here and kill you, in their backyard, you want me to fight a defensive war, on my home territory! Brilliant!!! Hey, let’s have VIEDs in New York City, L.A., Washington DC, and Miami!! Just perfect… While we are at it, let’s have a Beslen massacre every month (terrorists in Iraq have been found with layouts of US schools, but there is no connection… sure….)!! There is another word you should add: Taqqiyah. It means deception which is what you post contains. If you are not Islamic and believe what you wrote, then you have fallen for this deception.

What Koran book are you referencing, the Medena or Mecca chapters? Do you know of the principle of abrogation? Sura 9, according to much Islamic jurisprudence, abrogates the “passive” suras of previous books. Sura 9, or the” Sura of the Sword”, DEMANDS the subjugation and conquest of all “non-believers”.

Abrogation defined in Sura 2:
2:106: “Whatever communications We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring one better than it or like it. Do you not know that Allah has power over all things?”

According to Ibn Khaldun, a respected Islamic jurist and philosopher in the 1400s summarized jihad as follows:

“In the Muslim community, the holy war is a religious duty, because of the universalism of the [Muslim] mission and [the obligation to] convert everybody to Islam either by persuasion or by force… The other religious groups did not have a universal mission, and the holy war was not a religious duty for them, save only for purposes of defense… Islam is under obligation to gain power over other nations.”
(Ibn Khaldun, The Muqudimmah. An Introduction to History, Translated by Franz Rosenthal. New York, N.Y., 1958, vol. 1, p. 473.)

I doubt he was speaking of “illegal jihad”.

Or this from Egyptian high school books:
“Studies in Theology: Tradition and Morals, Grade 11, (2001) pp. 291-92 …This noble [Qur'anic] Surah [Surat Muhammad]… deals with questions of which the most important are as follows: ‘Encouraging the faithful to perform jihad in God’s cause, to behead the infidels, take them prisoner, break their power, and make their souls humble – all that in a style which contains the highest examples of urging to fight. You see that in His words: “When you meet the unbelievers in the battlefield strike off their heads and, when you have laid them low, bind your captives firmly. Then grant them their freedom or take a ransom from them, until war shall lay down its burdens.’”

“Commentary on the Surahs of Muhammad, Al-Fath, Al-Hujurat and Qaf, Grade 11, (2002) p. 9 …When you meet them in order to fight [them], do not be seized by compassion [towards them] but strike the[ir] necks powerfully…. Striking the neck means fighting, because killing a person is often done by striking off his head. Thus, it has become an expression for killing even if the fighter strikes him elsewhere. This expression contains a harshness and emphasis that are not found in the word “kill”, because it describes killing in the ugliest manner, i.e., cutting the neck and making the organ – the head of the body – fly off [the body].’ ”

This is taught in mainstream Islamic schools, NOT Islam’s version of the Westboro Baptist Church.

Ibn Hudayl, a 14th century Islamic writer:
“It is permissible to set fire to the lands of the enemy, his stores of grain, his beasts of burden — if it is not possible for the Muslims to take possession of them — as well as to cut down his trees, to raze his cities, in a word, to do everything that might ruin and discourage him, provided that the imam (i.e. the religious “guide” of the community of believers) deems these measures appropriate, suited to hastening the Islamization of that enemy or to weakening him. Indeed, all this contributes to a military triumph over him or to forcing him to capitulate.”

As for paradise not applying to military jihadists, this is also wrong. From the Koran, Sura 9:

9:111: “Surely Allah has bought of the believers their persons and their property for this, that they shall have the garden; they fight in Allah’s way, so they slay and are slain; a promise which is binding on Him in the Taurat and the Injeel and the Quran; and who is more faithful to his covenant than Allah? Rejoice therefore in the pledge which you have made; and that is the mighty achievement.”

As for Jihad not being sanctioned (again, Sura 9):

“Then when the Sacred Months (the 1st, 7th, 11th, and 12th months of the Islamic calendar) have passed, then kill the Mushrikoon (see V.2:105) wherever you find them, and capture them and besiege them, and lie in wait for them in each and every ambush. But if they repent [by rejecting Shirk (polytheism) and accept Islamic Monotheism] and perform As Salaah (Iqaamat-as-Salaah), and give Zakaah, then leave their way free. Verily, Allaah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful” (Sura 9-5: Ayat al-Sayf (the verse of the sword))

So, sorry, but militant jihadists ARE following the non-abrogated sections of the Koran. The “moderates” are not. The jihadists are backed-up in Islamic schools and centuries of Islamic philosophers and jurists. The will not stop until we are either enslaved, converted, or dead; and if their Maadi returns, jizya is outlawed and we either convert or die. This is the war we face and the enemy we refuse to identify.

Lastly, dhimmi(s) are non-muslims, living under Islamic rule who pay jizya (Protection tax) so that they may live as second to third class serfs under Islamic law. Dhimmis are only “protected” in a sense: They cannot openly practice their religion and are NOT guaranteed protection in reality. Dhimmis may not participate in government or have any self rule. Dhimmis are not free, and they are “protected” so long as they follow and acknowledge Islamic masters. Dhimmis are slaves.

Palastine Media Watch, MEM-RI, JihadWatch and a huge number of others regularly translate and publish what these Islamists are saying and doing. Our media HAS this information and more but chooses not to release it to the public. Instead, our “elites” and media pundits down-play what is actually main-stream Islam and instead call it “radical Islam”. The President does also, however, I feel he cannot come out and be blunt with Islam for fear of upsetting leftists and being called all sorts of names while receiving death threats and fatwas from Islamists (though playing nice has NEVER helped this President). Just look what a few cartoons did. Now ask what would happen if the New York art scene had a “Piss Koran” exhibit. The left, while dishonestly equating Christians to Muslims should be damn glad that the two are eons apart in practice.

In truth, the so-called “Moderates” in Islam are the minority and are quite powerless. Be they Ahmaadi or just Muslims who want TV, ice-cream, and air contitioning. What we call “islamofascists” or “radical Muslims” ARE main-stream Islam. They call the moderates aposates, and in a sense, they are correct. I wanted to believe that the islamofascists had “hyjacked” Islam, but I do not think that is the case. Everywhere I look, Islam calls for violence, subjegation, technological regression, abuse of women, and imposition of Sharia Law. Islam is the only major religion which has a detailed political structure and fanatical desire to impose it. The left should really look into these laws as they are being enacted, often by force, in Europe and America. The left SHOULD be at the forfront of combatting Sharia, but it not only failing to stop it, but is encouraging accomodation/appeasement of Islam. Ironically, just as the Left is doing their utmost to silence Christians and Jews in government, citing “separation of church and state”, they are bending over backwards to use federal funds and mandates to install accomodations for Islamics in schools and aiports (including forcing students to take ‘classes’ in Islam where they pray in school).

Where is the left’s outrage? Where is their sense of self-preservation?

Yet the left, and some on the far right, choose to ignore the openly stated threats and actions of Islam and either blame the West (i.e. the USA) or seek an “America First” isolationism (which did not work for WWII either). The former is profoundly stupid while the latter is terminally short-sighted. Both views are suicidal.
