		<description>A job well done, Curt. It is right and proper that we should spend our time today honoring our veterans.

		<description>Nice post, Curt.

I was irked by the big 2-page Macy&#039;s spread ad in the Sunday LA Times. I just think it&#039;s classless to ride on the coattails of this particular &quot;holiday&quot; to promote your business sales. They&#039;d market better if they didn&#039;t mention the sale at all, but said a word of thanks to those who served and gave their lives on behalf of our country. Even a small blurb, along with the sales promotion would have been nice. But how much more powerful a statement to use the entire spread to recognize and acknowledge the honored dead?

I liked the honor/duty video. Great images.

Thanks for what you do/did.

		<description>God bless and rest our brave fallen -- I will not forget your sacrifice, and I will spend time everyday of my life thinking of what you have done so that I can be free.

God bless the families -- thank you for your strength and courage. I will pray for strength and for comfort in your loss, and for your loved ones so far away.

God bless you, God bless America, God bless our troops.

		<description>&lt;strong&gt;To Absent Comrades....&lt;/strong&gt;

It seems odd to me that a nation that owes so much to its veterans only recognizes their sacrifice but a few days a year. It amazes me that, even in time of war, so few Americans actually take the
