The post below this one on the Ann Coulter quote spells out some of the reasons why I was not aghast at the comment she made. Much of that has to do with her earlier comments on the same subject in which she railed against this mentality on the left that if you do something bad you can atone for it by going into rehab.
But I would have to say that the recent admission by Bill Maher that if the attack on Cheney had succeeded it would have been a good thing to the world (paraphrasing) cannot be excused. There is no point he is trying to make other then the fact that he wishes Cheney dead.
Has Dean called for HIS apology yet?
Check out this minute and a half video I cut from MsUnderestimated clip where you can witness the hooting and hollering from the audience when Barney Frank says "it was a wasted bomb", then Maher’s comments on Cheney, and then onto John Ridley also claiming he wishes Cheney dead because he rides in a plane called "The Spirit of Strom Thurman".
