Posted by: Curt @ 8:10 pm in Personal  | 1 views

Some of you conservative car buffs may be interested in this video.  It’s my 1969 Charger R/T being started for the first time.  It has a number matching 440.

Almost done with this baby and then it’s on the street!

For those interested in the restoration check out the sidebar and click the picture of the charger, it has a detailed look at the 3 year plus restoration of this beautiful car.

Curt,

What a beautiful thing it is indeed! I may be a Ford guy myself, but I do appreciate all frame-off, rotisserie restorations of American Muscle Cars (’64 – ‘71). I sold my show queen ‘68 Mustang GT .390, number-matching, CA Black Plate 3 years ago to start my twin daughters’ college 529 fund. I miss my car, but, I did get a nice jump on the astronomical expense that will be 2 college tuitions in 10 years from now.
