This Is The Liberal Mindset

Can you freakin believe this? This is a college student who went to a halloween party given by the University of Pennsylvania president Amy Gutmann. What did he come dressed as? A suicide bomber. Here he is with the president herself:

Here he is doing mock executions:

Here he is with the kids…ain’t he cute?

And finally with the Statue of Liberty:

Hugh Hewitt just talked to Victor Davis Hanson about this disgusting behavior. Audio here, about 8 minutes long.

As Democracy Now wrote, would it be ok to stage a mock lynching during the party?

Among the guests was Saad Saadi, who came dressed as a suicide bomber, complete with plastic dynamite strapped to his chest and a toy automatic rifle. Worse, Gutmann posed with Saadi!

An obvious question: would Gutmann have posed with a guest–or even allowed him into her house–if he’d dressed as Adolf Hitler or a Nazi SS officer? A KKK member?

But in modern liberal circles, posing as a Palestinian suicide bomber (see his kefiya) is just fine. After all, he mainly tries to kill innocent Jews.

Michelle Malkin has found a website of his that contain this video of him mocking Bush and the Republican party while pretending to mastrubate:

So this obviously liberal student (I know, shocker at one of our Universities) dresses up like a person who kills innocent men, women and children…not at a frat house mind you….but at the President of an Ivy league school own party, and this is ok to her? Obviously so since he was not removed.

Imagine what the family of someone killed by terrorists would think?

Just plain disgusting.

This is the liberal mindset people. It’s a joke to them. There really is no war on these terrorists, its all our fault anyways. So why not dress up like one?

UPDATE 1915hrs PST

Recall that this is the same University that disciplined a student for calling two women water buffalo:

On the night of January 13, 1993, Eden Jacobowitz, a freshman at the University of Pennsylvania, had been writing a paper for an English class when a sorority began celebrating its Founders’ Day beneath the windows of his high-rise dormitory apartment. The women were singing very loudly, chanting, and stomping. It had prevented him from writing, and it had awakened his roommate. He shouted out the window, “Please keep quiet,” and went back to work. Twenty minutes later, the noise yet louder, he shouted out the window, “Shut up, you water buffalo!” The women were singing about going to a party. “If you want a party,” he shouted, “there’s a zoo a mile from here.” The women were black. Within weeks, the administrative judicial inquiry officer (JIO) in charge of Eden’s case, Robin Read, decided to prosecute him for violation of Penn’s policy on racial harassment. He could accept a “settlement” — an academic plea bargain — or he could face a judicial hearing whose possible sanctions included suspension and expulsion.1

But find it ok to allow a student to wear such a disgusting costume.

Also, at the photo page he has attached the following disclaimer:

My friend, Jason, and I express our condolences and sympathy to all affected by our costumes. We wish to make it clear that we do not support terrorism, violence, or anything that is against society. There is no agenda or statement associated with our behavior shown in these pictures. The costumes are meant to portray scary characters much like many other costumes on Halloween. Additionally, we strive for all societies to instill healthy and non-violent values.

While this kid is just that, a kid. The thing that people should be upset about is the fact that the President of an Ivy League school allowed him to remain at her party. That is the big story.

These universities go out of their way to silence any conservative viewpoint but will allow the most virulent and disgusting leftists have their say.

This is no different.

UPDATE

I guess the kid has found out he has been had and is now finding any Jewish person he can find to tell us that hey, he wasn’t offended so no one else should.

This note is only for the people who’ve got insulted from the picture of me and my roommate, Saad Saadi, while he’s dressed up as a suicide bomber for Halloween. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, you do not have to read it.

Let me explain some few facts. First, I don’t really know who found this picture insulting. For some reasons I guess he/she/they are not Israeli. Why? Because even in Israel, a country which is accustomed, unfortunately, to suicide bombers, terrorism and innocent civilians killing, people get dressed up like terrorists or some famous enemies like Sadam Hussein, Hassan Nasseralla and many others, at Purim. Even in the Israeli television, many shows have plays with these “figures”, or with “just” a terrorist figure, and not only at Purim (actually, every week).

And while many of us think it’s a vile and disgusting costume, most of us have stated that he is a stupid kid doing stupid things (as that video depicts) BUT the Univ. President knows better.

Please let me know how one of you dressing like a KKK member and doing a mock lynching would go over huh?
