It reminded me of the lawyer's technique of asking the same question over and over if you don't like the answer. Judge (smart judges, that is) disallow this type of thing if the opposing counsel has the wits to throw up an "asked and answered" objection. I loved the first one, Curt. Per Hot Air. Here is, what I think just might be the appropriate punishment for this guy (per one of the commenters): I say tie him to a raft and let the Cole motor on over him a few times.
