Perhaps then they would see that it is nothing the Americans have done to 'bring this on themselves' but it's just they way Muslims and other Middle Eastern religions are. And I think the way women are mistreated there is HORRIBLE! I wouldn't last a day under their rule. My mouth and my stubborness would get me killed. Yes, we're arrogant, yes, we're stubborn but BY GOD we have fought for and deserve our liberty. I am PROUD to be an AMERICAN. I wish every American could read this. I believe it was Churchill (Winston, not Ward), that related appeasement to hoping the lion would eat you last. The Christian Science Monitor has summed up the Iraqi conflict with its article ‘Report: Al Qaeda using Iraq as terrorist training ground British lawmakers say Al Qaeda also sees Iraq as propaganda tool’:

Christian Science Monitor reported that Al Qaeda has “changed its modus operandi,” and is using Iraq as a training ground for future terrorists and as a propaganda tool in its war against the West.
